'Article 124*

The right to complain

(…)

'2. The CEAZ decision on the declaration of electionresults for local government units under its jurisdiction, taken accordingto article 122 of this Code, maybe appealed to the CEC (…). The complaint against the decision may seekthe amendment of the Aggregate Table of Results for the Electoral Zone or/andinvalidation of the result in one or several Voting Centres, according toarticle 160 of this Code.'

'3. The CEC decisionon the approval of the Aggregate Table of Results for the Electoral Zone, takenin accordance with article 123 of this Code, may be appealed to the CEC nolater than 5 days from the announcement of this decision. The complaint againstthe decision may seek the amendment of the Aggregate Table of Results for theElectoral Zone or/and invalidation of the result in one or several VotingCentres, according to article 160 of this Code.'

Issuance of the AggregateTable of Election Result by the CEAZ

'4. The CEC decision on the approvalof the Aggregate Table of Results for the Electoral Zone, according tothis article, may beappealed to the CEC itselfin accordance with the procedures envisaged in Part X of this Code.'

'5. The CEAZ decisionon the approval of the Aggregate Table of Results of the EAZ, any decision taken by the CEAZduring the procedure of the receiving of the election material anddocumentation from the VCC, as well as during the counting and tabulation ofthe voting result, are interim decisions and can be appealed to the CECtogether with the complaint against the decision of the CEC on the approval ofthe Aggregate Table of Results for the Electoral Zone, taken in accordance withpoint 1 of this article.'
