?        20th November,1995

 

?        Article 44 (2) Article 82(1) to (4) ofthe Constitution shall apply for the determination of the question as towhether a person has been validly elected as a directly elected member of theNational Assembly or nominated as a proportionately elected member of theNational Assembly.

 

?        Article 43.  The result of aPresidential Election or a National Assembly elections Election shall notbe questioned or subject to review in any court except on an election petitionpresented to the Constitutional Court under this Act.

?        Article 82. (1) The Constitutional Courtshall have jurisdiction to hear and determine whether- (a)a person has beenvalidly elected as a member of the National Assembly; or (b) the seat of amember of a National Assembly has become vacant
