Is there a legally mandated filing fee and/or deposit?

Article4. 1. Court fee is charged at the respective rate calculated from the minimummonthly wage established as of January 1 of the calendar year in which theappeal was submitted to the court, in a ratio to the price of a suit and afixed amount.

The feeapplies only for submitting appeal to a first instance administrative court.

The law does not specify in local or international currency but  this url (http://apladm.hr.court.gov.ua/sud9107/tax/)says that the fee equals 17.20 UAH=1.6
