Law N° 13.001 on the Constitutional Charter of Transition / Loi n° 13.001 portant Charte Constitutionnelle de Transition
Art. 76 (2): There shall be a Transitional Constitutional Court in charge of ruling onelectoral disputes.

Following the suspension of the 2004 Constitution and the dissolution of the democratic institutions, the Central African Republic is currently in a transitional period, whereby the National Transitional Council is in charge of adopting a new electoral law. The Transitional Constitutional Court was established on 15 August 2013.
