1. Para al?m dos delegados de lista, qualquer eleitorpresente na mesa de voto pode levantar d?vidas e apresentar por escritoreclama??es relativas ?s opera??es eleitorais da
mesma mesa e instrui-los com os documentos convenientes.
2. A mesa n?o pode recusar-se a receber as reclama??es,devendo rubric?-las e apens?-las ?s actas, junto com a respectiva delibera??o,cujo conhecimento ser? dado ao reclamante.
3. As reclama??es t?m de ser objecto de delibera??o da mesa que a podedeixar para o final, se entender que isso n?o afecta o andamento normal davota??o.
4. Todas as delibera??es da mesa s?o tomadas pormaioria dos membrospresente
A new electoral system was also introducedthat makes the number 1 and 2 on the parties’ national lists of candidates toparliament automatically the parties’ presidential and vice-presidentialcandidates. Under this system, the number 1 and 2 of the national list of theparty with the most votes are automatically elected as President andVice-President, and do not become Members of Parliament. Therefore, both thePresident and Members of Parliament are elected through direct, universal,equal and secret suffrage using a single ballot.
