ARTICLE44. Publication, Implementation of Laws, Decisions Adopted by the Referendum.
The law andother decisions, adopted by the referendum, shall be published in accordancewith the procedure foreseen by the laws of Ukraine for the publication of theVerkhovna Rada of Ukraine and local Councils of peoples' deputies legislativeacts, and shall be implemented from the time of their publication, unless thelaw calls for a different date of implementation.
The day ofreferendum shall be considered as the date of the adoption of the law.
