Part I: The Executive Government of Nieu

Article 1, Executive authority vested in the Crown: The executive authority of Niue is vested in Her Majesty the Queen in right of New Zealand, and the Governor-General of New Zealand is accordingly the representative of Her Majesty the Queen in relation to Niue.
