43. Are there limits on the amount that third parties can spend on election campaign activities?

“(6) Se interzice finanţarea, prestarea unor servicii cu titlu gratuit ori susţinerea materială sub orice formă, directă şi/sau indirectă, a partidelor politice de către: [...]

c) cetăţenii străini, apatrizi, persoanele anonime sau cele care donează în numele
unor terţi.”

“It is prohibited to finance, provide services free of charge, or provide material support
in any form, directly and/or indirectly, to political parties by: [...]

c) foreign citizens, stateless persons, anonymous persons, or persons donating on behalf of
third parties”
