Art. 16(2) din Legea privind partidele politice (294/2007, modificată în 2025):
“(2) În perioada campaniilor electorale, tuturor partidelor politice care participă la campania electorală şi candidaţilor acestora la funcţii elective li se acordă gratuit şi în condiţii de echitate, în modul stabilit de lege, timpi de antenă la posturile publice de radio şi televiziune.”
Art. 90(14) din Codul Electoral al Republicii Moldova (2022, modificat în 2025):
“(14) Instituțiile mass-media fondate de autoritățile publice, care reflectă alegerile, publică gratuit, iar furnizorii de servicii media, publici și privați, ale căror declarații ale politicii editoriale au fost aprobate, difuzează gratuit, la solicitarea organelor electorale, mesaje de interes public, în condițiile capitolului III din Legea nr. 62/2022 cu privire la publicitate.”

“(2) During election campaigns, all political parties participating in the election campaign and their candidates for elective office shall be granted free and equitable airtime on public radio and television stations, as established by law.”
Art. 90(14) of The Electoral Code (325/2022, amended in 2025):
“(14) Media institutions established by public authorities that cover elections shall broadcast free of charge, and public and private media service providers whose editorial policy statements have been approved shall broadcast free of charge, at the request of electoral bodies, publish free of charge, and public and private media service providers whose editorial policy statements have been approved shall broadcast free of charge, at the request of the electoral bodies, messages of public interest, under the conditions of Chapter III of Law No. 62/2022 on advertising.”
