50. Do third parties have to report on election campaign finances?

32(4). პარტია ვალდებულია წლიურ საფინანსო დეკლარაციაში ასახოს ამ კანონის 26​1 მუხლით გათვალისწინებული შეზღუდვებისადმი დაქვემდებარებული პირის მიერ გაწეული ის ხარჯები, რომლებიც პარტიის საარჩევნო მიზნებსა და საქმიანობას მოხმარდა.

32(4). A party shall include in its annual financial declaration the expenses incurred by a person subject to the restrictions under Article 261 of this Law related to the electoral goals and activities of the party. Such expenses shall not include the expenses incurred by persons specified in Article 261(4) for the provision of institutional support to the party.

The party is obliged to indicate in its financial report the expenses incurred by third parties for its benefit.
