29. What are the eligibility criteria for political parties to receive public funding?

30(2). საქართველოს სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტიდან თანხას იღებს პარტია, რომელმაც საქართველოს პარლამენტის ბოლო არჩევნებში ამომრჩეველთა ნამდვილი ხმების 1% მაინც მიიღო.

30(2). Funds from the state budget of Georgia shall be received by a party which has obtained at least 1% of the actual votes in the recent parliamentary elections.
