26. Is there a ban on donors to political parties/candidates participating in public tender/procurement processes?

26(1). დაუშვებელია შემოწირულების მიღება:
ა) საქართველოს მოქალაქეობის არმქონე ფიზიკური პირისგან;
ბ) საქართველოში ან საქართველოს ფარგლების გარეთ რეგისტრირებული იურიდიული პირისგან ან/და პირთა სხვა სახის გაერთიანებისგან;
გ) საჯარო დაწესებულებისგან;
დ) სხვა სახელმწიფოს ხელისუფლების სისტემის შემადგენელი სუბიექტისგან;
ე) ანონიმურად.

27(1). პარტიის მიერ საქართველოს თითოეული მოქალაქისგან წლის განმავლობაში მიღებულ შემოწირულებათა საერთო ოდენობა არ უნდა აღემატებოდეს 60 000 ლარს. პარტიის თითოეული წევრის მიერ განხორციელებული საწევრო შენატანების წლიური ოდენობა არ უნდა აღემატებოდეს 1 200 ლარს.

26(1). A donation may not be accepted:
a) from a natural person without citizenship of Georgia;
b) from a legal person and/or another type of association of persons registered in Georgia or outside Georgia, except for free organisation of a lecture, workshop or another similar public event;
c) from a public institution;
d) from an entity within the authority system of another state;
e) anonymously.

27(1) The total amount of donations received by a party from each citizen during a year must not exceed GEL 60 000 per year. The annual amount of the membership fees paid by each member of a party must not exceed GEL 1 200.

Donations are explicitly prohibited from the following sources:
A natural person without Georgian citizenship;
A legal person or other type of association of persons;
A public institution;
An entity within the authority system of another state;
Anonymous sources;
A person who has already donated GEL 60,000 in the last 12 months to a party or parties.
