52. Must reports from political parties and/or candidates reveal the identity of donors?

34.1. A political party shall, on a quarterly basis, upload to its website—in an open and searchable database—the surname, given name, and father’s (or mother’s) name of the donating individual, or the name of the donating legal entity, the amount of the donation, and the date (year, month, and day) the donation was received. The party shall also submit this information to the central election authority and include it separately in its financial report. 34.1.1. If donations exceed twice the monthly minimum wage within a financial year, they shall be reported.
