50.1. The State Audit Office shall, in accordance with the methodology specified in Article 50.2 of this Law, determine the maximum amount of expenses to be incurred by a party, coalition, or candidate in an electoral district for the election, and shall publicly announce such amount prior to March 1 of the year of the regular election. 50.2. The methodology for determining the maximum limit of election expenses shall be aimed at reducing election costs and shall be based on factors such as the size and location of the electoral district, the number of households and voters, and other requirements specified in this law. The methodology shall be approved by the General Election Commission based on the recommendation of the State Audit Office.
