50.1. The State Audit Office shall, in accordance with the methodology specified in Article 50.2 of this Law, determine the maximum amount of expenses to be incurred by a party, coalition, or candidate in an electoral district for the election, and shall publicly announce such amount prior to March 1 of the year of the regular election.
