9. Is there a ban on donations from corporations with government contracts to political parties?

The law does not establish a separate prohibition applying to a privately owned legal entity merely because it has entered into a procurement, supply, works or service contract with a public authority. The legislation also does not define relevant public contracts, establish a contract-value threshold, prescribe a cooling-off period before or after the award of a contract, or establish sanctions specifically for donations by government contractors.
