Член 20 Политичките партии кои ќе стекнат и противправно користат средства од изворите од ставот 1 на овој член, како и средства кои нема да ги евидентираат во регистарот на донации, го губат правото на финансирање од Буџетот на Република Македонија за наредната година.

Article 20 Political parties that acquire and illegally use funds from the sources referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, as well as funds that they fail to record in the donation register, lose the right to funding from the Budget of the Republic of Macedonia for the following year.

Член 28 Глоба во износ од 1.000 до 2.000 евра во денарска противвредност за прекршок ќе му се изрече на физичко лице, а глоба во износ од 5.000 до 10.000 евра во денарска противвредност за прекршок ќе се изрече на правното лице ако постапат спротивно на одредбите на членот 16 став 1 од овој закон.

Article 28 Fine in the amount of Euro 1.000 to 2.000 in Denar counter-value shall be imposed to a natural person for a misdemeanor, while fine in the amount of Euro 5.000 to 10.000 in Denar counter-value shall be imposed for misdemeanor to the legal entity, should they act against the provisions referred to in Article 16 paragraph 1 of this Law.

)Член 32 Доколку политичките партии повеќе од двапати во текот на годината направат прекршок утврден во овој закон, истите нема да добијат од буџетските средства согласно со овој закон во траење од една година.

Article 32 If political parties commit a misdemeanor as defined in this law more than twice during the year, they shall not receive any budgetary funds in accordance with this law for a period of one year.
