Член 27 Државниот завод за ревизија доколку утврди неправилности во годишниот финансиски извештај на политичката партија кои се спротивни на одредбите на овој закон поднесува барање за поведување на прекршочна постапка или пријава до надлежниот јавен обвинител во рок од 30 дена од денот на утврдувањето на неправилностите.

Article 27 If the State Audit Office determines irregularities in the annual financial report of a political party that are contrary to the provisions of this law, it shall submit a request for initiating a misdemeanor procedure or a report to the competent public prosecutor within 30 days from the date of determining the irregularities.
