Член 31 став (1) Во случај на постоење на сомневање за незаконито финансирање на политичка партија, Државната комисија по сопствена иницијатива или по иницијатива од државни органи, политички партии или здруженија и фондации кои работат во областа на спречување на корупцијата, владеење на правото или доброто управу вање може да донесе решение за отпочнување постапка за испитување на финансирањето на политичка партија.

Article 31 paragraph (1) In case of suspicion of illegal financing of a political party, the State Commission, on its own initiative or upon the initiative of state bodies, political parties or associations and foundations working in the field of prevention of corruption, rule of law or good governance, may adopt a decision to initiate a procedure for examining the financing of a political party.

Monitoring the legality of election campaign financing Article 32 (1) In the event of suspicion of illegal financing of an election campaign, the State Commission shall, on its own initiative or upon complaint from an election campaign organizer or accredited observers, initiate a procedure to determine the factual situation.

Article 27 If the State Audit Office determines irregularities in the annual financial report of a political party that are contrary to the provisions of this law, it shall submit a request for initiating a misdemeanor procedure or a report to the competent public prosecutor within 30 days from the date of determining the irregularities. The SAO is responsible for auditing financial reports (both annual and election) and can initiate proceedings if irregularities are discovered. The same applies to the financial reports of the media. The SCPC can initiate proceedings to investigate the financing of a political party either upon a complaint from an organizer of an election campaign or accredited observers if irregularities are discovered or when there is suspicion of illegal financing of an election campaign.
