Член 17 Политичките партии водат регистар на донации. Регистарот од ставот 1 на овој член ги содржи следниве податоци: - името, односно називот на секој донатор поединечно, - видот и вредноста на донацијата и - датумот на добивање на донацијата. Регистарот од ставот 1 на овој член содржи податоци и за уплатените донации на субјекти кои директно или индиректно се поврзани со политичката партија или се под нејзина контрола. Регистарот на донациите се води на образец пропишан со правилник од страна на министерот за финансии. Со правилникот се утврдуваат формата, содржината и начинот на водењето на регистарот на донации. Правилникот се донесува во рок од шест месеца од влегувањето во сила на овој закон. Политичките партии се должни на својата веб страница да го објавуваат регистарот на донации на секои шест месеци за изминатиот шестмесечен период, во рок од 15 дена од денот на истекот на шестмесечниот период или на друг соодветен начин да го направат достапен до јавноста.

Article 17 Political parties shall keep a register of donations. The register referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall contain the following data: - the name, i.e. the title of each individual donor, - the type and value of the donation and - the date of receipt of the donation. The register referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall also contain data on the donations paid to entities that are directly or indirectly related to the political party or are under its control. The register of donations shall be kept on a form prescribed by a regulation issued by the Minister of Finance. The regulation shall determine the form, content and manner of keeping the register of donations. The regulation shall be adopted within six months of the entry into force of this Law. Political parties are obliged to publish the donation register on their website every six months for the past six-month period, within 15 days from the date of expiry of the six-month period, or to make it available to the public in another appropriate manner.
