Член 84-б  (1) Учесникот во изборната кампања, кога изборите се одржуваат во еден круг, е должен на 11-от ден од изборната кампања, како и во рок од еден ден по завршувањето на кампањата да поднесе извештај со образец за примени донации на трансакциската сметка за изборна кампања. (2) Доколку на изборите се одржува втор круг на гласање учесникот во изборната кампања е должен еден ден пред одржувањето на вториот круг на гласање да достави извештај со образец за примени донации на трансакциската сметка за изборна кампања. (3) Учесникот во изборната кампања е должен еден ден по затворањето на трансакциската сметка за изборна кампања да достави извештај со образец за примените донации за периодот од еден ден по завршувањето на кампањата до затворање на трансакциската сметка за изборна кампања, доколку изборите се одржат во еден круг и еден ден по завршувањето на кампањата до затворање на трансакциската сметка за изборна кампања од вториот круг, доколку изборите се одржуваат во два круга.

Article 84-b  (1) The participant in the election campaign, when the elections are held in one round, is obliged on the 11th day of the election campaign, as well as within one day after the end of the campaign, to submit a report with a form for donations received to the transaction account for the election campaign.  (2) If a second round of voting is held in the elections, the participant in the election campaign is obliged one day before the second round of voting to submit a report with a form for donations received to the transaction account for the election campaign.  (3) The participant in the election campaign is obliged, one day after the closing of the election campaign transaction account, to submit a report with a form on the donations received for the period from one day after the end of the campaign until the closing of the election campaign transaction account, if the elections are held in one round, and one day after the end of the campaign until the closing of the election campaign transaction account of the second round, if the elections are held in two rounds.

Член 85  (1) Учесникот во изборната кампања е должен веднаш, а најдоцна во рок од 15 дена од денот на затворање на трансакциска сметка од членот 71 ставови (10) и (11) да поднесе вкупен финансиски извештај со спецификација за трошоците за приходите и расходите во изборната кампања (во натамошниот текст: финансиски извештај за изборната кампања). (2) Финансискиот извештај за трошоците за приходите и расходите во изборната кампања од ставот (1) на овој член се поднесува на образец пропишан од министерот за финансии, во кој се содржани податоците за име, односно назив на донатор, вид и вредност на донации, датум на добивање на донациите и расходите за секоја донација, како приходи и расходи за време на изборна кампања и податоци за донации примени од трето лице. (3) Финансискиот извештај се поднесува до Државната изборна комисија, Државниот завод за ревизија, Државната комисија за спречување на корупцијата.

Article 85  (1) The participant in the election campaign is obliged to submit immediately, and no later than within 15 days from the date of closing the transaction account referred to in Article 71, paragraphs (10) and (11), a total financial report specifying the costs of the income and expenses in the election campaign (hereinafter referred to as: financial report for the election campaign).  (2) The financial report on the costs of the income and expenses in the election campaign referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article shall be submitted on a form prescribed by the Minister of Finance, which shall contain the data on the name, i.e. title of the donor, type and value of donations, date of receipt of the donations and expenses for each donation, as well as income and expenses during the election campaign and data on donations received from a third party. (3) The financial report shall be submitted to the State Election Commission, the State Audit Office, and the State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption.
