Член 25 (1) Политичката партија подготвува извештај за добиените донации. (2) Извештајот за добиените донации ги содржи податоците од регистарот за донации. (3) Политичката партија извештајот од ставот 2 на овој член го доставува најдоцна до 31 март за претходната година заедно со годишниот финансиски извештај од членот 27 од овој закон до Државниот завод за ревизија.

Article 25 (1) The political party shall prepare a report on the donations received. (2) The report on the donations received shall contain the data from the donation register. (3) The political party shall submit the report referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article no later than 31 March for the previous year, together with the annual financial report referred to in Article 27 of this Law, to the State Audit Office.

Член 27 Политичките партии, најдоцна до 31 март изготвуваат годишен финансиски извештај за претходната година согласно закон. Извештајот го содржи финансиското работење на сметката, односно сметките на политичката партија.

Article 27 The political parties, by 31 March at the latest, shall prepare the annual financial statement for the previous year in accordance with the law. The statement shall contain the financial operation of the account, that is, the accounts of the political party.

Член 27-а Годишниот извештај политичката партија е должна јавно да го објави на веб страницата на политичката партија, најдоцна до 30 април во тековната година за претходната година.

Article 27-a The political party is obliged to publicly publish the annual report on the political party's website, no later than April 30 of the current year for the previous year.
