Сите средства наменети за финансирање на изборната кампања се уплатуваат на трансакциска сметка од ставот (1) на овој член и сите трошоци за кампањата исклучиво ќе се покријат од средствата на таа сметка.

(10) All funds intended for financing the election campaign shall be paid into the transaction account referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article and all campaign expenses shall be covered exclusively from the funds in that account.
