(BS)

(2) Online media outlets that are allocated for reporting on the election campaign are obliged to provide public and transparent information about their ownership and adhere to the principles as prescribed in Article 16.2 paragraph (1) of this Law.

Comment

The Election Law prohibits online and social media campaigning during the early election period (Art. 7.1) and requires online media to disclose ownership information when reporting on election campaigns (Art. 16.1). These constitute specific restrictions beyond general spending limits.
