19. If there is a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a candidate, what is the limit?

(1) Fizička i pravna lica mogu davati dobrovoljne priloge političkim strankama jednokratno ili  više puta tokom kalendarske godine.   (2) Dobrovoljni prilozi u novcu uplaćuju se na transakcijski račun centrale političke stranke. (3) Ukupan iznos dobrovoljnih priloga fizičkog lica jednoj političkoj stranci ne smije prelaziti  iznos od 10.000,00 KM (deset hiljada konvertibilnih maraka) u kalendarskoj godini.   (4) Ukupan iznos dobrovoljnih priloga pravnog lica jednoj političkoj stranci ne smije prelaziti  iznos od 50.000,00 KM (pedeset hiljada konvertibilnih maraka) u kalendarskoj godini.  (5) Ukupan iznos koji član političke stranke uplati na ime stranke u toku jedne kalendarske  godine ne može prelaziti iznos od 15.000,00 KM (petnaest hiljada konvertibilnih maraka), što  uključuje i članarine.

(1) Natural and legal persons may make voluntary contributions to political parties either once or multiple times during a calendar year. (2) Voluntary monetary contributions shall be paid into the transaction account of the central office of the political party. (3) The total amount of voluntary contributions from a natural person to a single political party may not exceed 10,000 KM (ten thousand convertible marks) in a calendar year. (4) The total amount of voluntary contributions from a legal person to a single political party may not exceed 50,000 KM (fifty thousand convertible marks) in a calendar year. (5) The total amount a member of a political party may pay to their party in the course of a calendar year may not exceed 15,000 KM (fifteen thousand convertible marks), which includes membership fees.

Limits for regular financing apply ; 10,000 KM (ten thousand convertible marks) per calendar year for natural persons,

15,000 KM (fifteen thousand convertible marks) per calendar year for party members, including membership fees,

50,000 KM (fifty thousand convertible marks) per calendar year for legal entities.
