Privatna preduzeća koja su s organima izvršne vlasti na svim nivoima u Bosni i Hercegovini sklopila ugovor o javnoj nabavci usluga, ugovor o javnoj nabavci robe ili ugovor o javnoj nabavci radova, u skladu s propisima o javnim nabavkama u Bosni i Hercegovini, ne
mogu finansijski pomagati političke stranke ako vrijednost ugovora u jednoj kalendarskoj godini prelazi iznos od 10.000,00 KM (deset hiljada konvertibilnih maraka).
Odredbe ovog zakona koje se odnose na dobrovoljne priloge, zabranu finansiranja i pogodovanja te nadzor i finansijsko poslovanje odgovarajuće se primjenjuju na liste nezavisnih kandidata i nezavisne kandidate.

Private companies that have concluded a public procurement contract for services, goods, or works with executive authorities at any level in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in accordance with public procurement regulations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, may not provide financial support to political parties if the value of the contract in a single calendar year exceeds 10,000 KM (ten thousand convertible marks).
The provisions of this Law referring to contributions, prohibition of financing and favoring, and monitoring and financial transactions shall be appropriately applied to lists of independent candidates and independent candidates.
