1. Розмір виборчого фонду партії, кандидати у депутати від якої зареєстровані в загальнодержавному окрузі, не може перевищувати дев’яноста тисяч розмірів мінімальної заробітної плати, встановленої на 1 січня відповідного року.

1. The size of the election fund of a party having its candidates registered in the nationwide constituency may not exceed ninety thousand minimum salaries in effect on January 1 of the respective year.

Beyond the election period, political parties have no restrictions on spending. However, during the election period, political parties' spending is limited to the size of their electoral fund. In 2025, the minimum salary is 8,000 UAH. So, the limit is 7,200,000,000 UAH/174,820,336 USD.
