Стаття 17-3, Закон "Про політичні партії в Україні" (2001):
Політична партія має право на отримання державного фінансування її статутної діяльності, якщо на останніх чергових або позачергових виборах народних депутатів України її виборчий список кандидатів у народні депутати України у загальнодержавному багатомандатному виборчому окрузі отримав не менше 5 відсотків голосів виборців від загальної кількості голосів виборців, поданих за всі виборчі списки кандидатів у народні депутати України у загальнодержавному багатомандатному виборчому окрузі.
Стаття 17-4, Закон "Про політичні партії в Україні" (2001):
Політична партія має право на відшкодування витрат, пов’язаних з фінансуванням своєї передвиборної агітації на виборах народних депутатів України, якщо на останніх чергових або позачергових виборах народних депутатів України така партія взяла участь у розподілі депутатських мандатів.

Article 17-3, Law "On Political Parties in Ukraine" (2001):
A political party shall have the right to state funding of its statutory activities if in the recent regular or early parliamentary elections its list of candidates in the nationwide multi-member constituency received no less than five percent of the votes who voted for all party lists of candidates in the nationwide multi-member constituency.

Article 17-4, Law "On Political Parties in Ukraine" (2001):
A political party shall be entitled to reimbursement of its campaign expenses in the parliamentary elections on condition that it participated in distribution of the mandates between the parties in the most recent regular or early parliamentary elections.

Ukrainian legislation states that the key reasons for a political party to get state funding are representation in elected body and share of votes in previous election. According to Law of Ukraine No. 3337-IX dated August 23, 2023 (available at: https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/3337-20#Text), which will come into force on the day of the official announcement of the results of the next regular or early parliamentary elections in Ukraine, the criterion for receiving state funding will change from 5% to 3%.
