Стаття 15, Закон "Про політичні партії в Україні" (2001):
Загальний розмір (сума) внеску (внесків) на підтримку політичної партії від громадянина України протягом одного року не може перевищувати чотирьохсот розмірів мінімальної заробітної плати, встановленої на 1 січня року, в якому здійснювалися внески. 

Стаття 96, Виборчий кодекс України (2020): 
1. Розмір виборчого фонду кандидата на пост Президента України не може перевищувати дев’яноста тисяч розмірів мінімальної заробітної плати, встановленої на 1 січня відповідного року.

Стаття 215, Виборчий кодекс України (2020): 
1. Власні кошти організації партії, кандидата в депутати, кандидата на посаду сільського, селищного, міського голови, які перераховуються на рахунок виборчого фонду, не підлягають обмеженням за сумою і кількістю перерахувань.

In parliamentary elections, there are restrictions on the amount of donations that a candidate can make to their own electoral fund. In presidential elections, the amount of a candidate's donation is limited only by the size of the election fund. In local elections, the own funds of a party organisation, candidate for councillor, a candidate for a village, town, city mayor, which are transferred to the election fund account, are not subject to restrictions on the amount and number of transfers. In parliamentary elections, the following restrictions apply to the number of contributions a candidate can make to his or her own election fund: As of 2025, the minimum wage in Ukraine is UAH 8,000. Accordingly, the contribution limit for individuals is UAH 3,200,000/USD 77,784. The following contribution limits apply to presidential elections: As of 2025, the minimum wage in Ukraine is UAH 8,000. Accordingly, the limit is UAH 720,000,000/USD 17,464,003.

In national (parliamentary and presidential) elections, restrictions are applied under the Law “On Political Parties in Ukraine,” which also applies during the inter-election period. In particular, Article 15 of the Law “On Political Parties in Ukraine” refers to: Part 1, 3 of Article 96 of the Electoral Code of Ukraine (restrictions on entities in presidential elections), Part 2 of Article 96 of the Electoral Code of Ukraine (restrictions on the size of contributions in presidential elections); Parts 1 and 3 of Article 152 of the Electoral Code of Ukraine (restrictions on entities in parliamentary elections), Part 2 of Article 152 of the Electoral Code of Ukraine (restrictions on the size of contributions in parliamentary elections).
