Стаття 15, Закон "Про політичні партії в Україні" (2001):
Загальний розмір (сума) внеску (внесків) на підтримку політичної партії від громадянина України протягом одного року не може перевищувати чотирьохсот розмірів мінімальної заробітної плати, встановленої на 1 січня року, в якому здійснювалися внески. 
Загальний розмір (сума) внеску (внесків) на підтримку політичної партії від юридичної особи протягом року не може перевищувати восьмисот розмірів мінімальної заробітної плати, встановленої на 1 січня року, в якому здійснювалися внески. 
Якщо фізична або юридична особа здійснює або може здійснювати вирішальний вплив на діяльність однієї або кількох юридичних осіб (зокрема, є кінцевим бенефіціарним власником (контролером) юридичної особи), внески такої фізичної або юридичної особи і підконтрольних їй юридичних осіб вважаються внеском однієї особи і обмежуються загальним розміром (сумою) внеску (внесків), встановленим цією статтею. 

Стаття 215, Виборчий кодекс України (2020):
2. Розмір добровільного внеску однієї фізичної особи до одного виборчого фонду не може перевищувати десяти розмірів мінімальної заробітної плати.

2. Voluntary contributions of a person to the election fund of a candidate for the President of Ukraine nominated by a party or self-nominated shall be limited to the maximum annual amount of contributions in support of a party, as established in the Law of Ukraine “On Political Parties in Ukraine”.

Article 15, Law "On Political Parties in Ukraine" (2001):
The overall value (amount) of donation(s) made in support of political party by Ukrainian citizen over one year shall not exceed four hundred minimum monthly salaries, providing that the amount of the minimum monthly salary shall be established as of January 1 of the year when the donation was made.
The overall value of donation(s) made in support of political party by the legal entity over one year shall not exceed eight hundred minimum monthly salaries, providing that the amount of the minimum monthly salary shall be established as of January 1 of the year when donation was made.
If a natural or legal entity has or may have a decisive influence on operations of one or more legal entities (in particular, if such natural or legal entity is an ultimate beneficiary (owner of controller) of a legal entity), donations from such a natural or legal entity and legal entities being under control shall be regarded as donations from one person and shall be limited by the total amount of donations established by this Article.

According to the Electoral Code of Ukraine, candidates are subject to the same restrictions as political parties. Thus, in national (parliamentary and presidential) elections, restrictions are applied under the Law “On Political Parties in Ukraine,” which also applies during the inter-election period. In local elections, the amount of a donation made by one individual to one electoral fund may not exceed 10 minimum salaries. As of 2025, the minimum wage in Ukraine is UAH 8,000. Accordingly, during national (parliamentary and presidential) elections, the limit on contributions for individuals is UAH 3,200,000/USD 77,784, and the limit on contributions for legal entities is UAH 6,400,000/USD 155,568. During local elections, the limit on contributions for individuals is UAH 80,000/USD 1,940.

In national (parliamentary and presidential) elections, restrictions are applied under the Law “On Political Parties in Ukraine,” which also applies during the inter-election period. In particular, Article 15 of the Law “On Political Parties in Ukraine” refers to: Part 1, 3 of Article 96 of the Electoral Code of Ukraine (restrictions on entities in presidential elections), Part 2 of Article 96 of the Electoral Code of Ukraine (restrictions on the size of contributions in presidential elections); Parts 1 and 3 of Article 152 of the Electoral Code of Ukraine (restrictions on entities in parliamentary elections), Part 2 of Article 152 of the Electoral Code of Ukraine (restrictions on the size of contributions in parliamentary elections).
