1. Участь у передвиборній агітації забороняється:
2) органам виконавчої влади, органам влади Автономної Республіки Крим та органам місцевого самоврядування, правоохоронним органам і судам, їх посадовим і службовим особам у робочий час (крім випадків, якщо така особа є кандидатом на відповідних виборах);
Забороняється проведення агітаційних заходів, розповсюдження матеріалів передвиборної агітації, демонстрація агітаційних фільмів чи кліпів, розповсюдження виборчих листівок, плакатів, інших друкованих агітаційних матеріалів чи друкованих видань, у яких розміщено матеріали передвиборної агітації, публічні заклики голосувати за чи не голосувати за партії - суб’єктів виборчого процесу, кандидатів на відповідних виборах або публічна оцінка діяльності таких партій чи кандидатів, під час проведення заходів, організованих органами державної влади, органами влади Автономної Республіки Крим, органами місцевого самоврядування, державними чи комунальними підприємствами, закладами, установами, організаціями.
12. Кандидатам на відповідних виборах, які займають посади, у тому числі за сумісництвом, в органах виконавчої влади, органах влади Автономної Республіки Крим та органах місцевого самоврядування, державних, комунальних підприємствах, закладах, установах, організаціях, військових частинах (формуваннях), забороняється залучати для передвиборної агітації або використовувати для будь-якої роботи, пов’язаної з проведенням передвиборної агітації, підлеглих їм осіб, службовий транспорт, зв’язок, устаткування, приміщення, інші об’єкти та ресурси за місцем роботи, а також використовувати службові чи виробничі наради, збори колективу для проведення передвиборної агітації.
15. Забороняється використання приміщень, в яких розташовуються органи державної влади, органи влади Автономної Республіки Крим та органи місцевого самоврядування, для проведення заходів передвиборної агітації.
16. Забороняється розміщення агітаційних матеріалів та політичної реклами на будинках і в приміщеннях органів державної влади, органів влади Автономної Республіки Крим та органів місцевого самоврядування, підприємств, установ і організацій державної та комунальної власності.

1. Participation in pre-election campaigning shall be prohibited to:
2) executive authorities, authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and local authorities, law enforcement agencies and courts, their officials during working hours (unless such person is a candidate in the respective election).
It shall be prohibited to hold campaign events, distribute pre-election campaigning materials, screen campaign films or clips, distribute election leaflets, posters, other printed campaign materials or printed publications containing campaign materials, public calls for voting for and against parties participating in the election process, candidates in the respective election, or public assessment of the activities of such parties or candidates, during events organised by government authorities, authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local authorities, state- or municipal-owned enterprises, establishments, institutions and organisations.
12. Candidates for the respective elections who hold offices, including part-time ones, in executive authorities, authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and local authorities, state- and municipal-owned enterprises, establishments, institutions, organisations, and military units (formations) shall be prohibited from involving in pre-election campaigning or using for any work related to pre-election campaigning their subordinates, official/company transportation means, communication facilities, equipment, premises, other objects and resources available at their place of work, as well as to use office or company meetings or personnel meetings for pre-election campaigning.
15. It shall be prohibited to use premises housing government authorities, authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and local authorities for holding pre-election campaigning events.
16. It shall be prohibited to place pre-election campaigning materials and political advertisements on the buildings and in the premises of government authorities, authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and local authorities, state- and municipal-owned enterprises, institutions and organisations.

Ukrainian legislation prohibits the use of state resources to support political parties and candidates. In particular, civil servants or public service employees are prohibited from campaigning during working hours, campaigning during events organized by state institutions, conducting and/or placing campaign materials in the premises of state authorities, as well as using official transport, communication, subordinates, etc. for campaigning.
