Не допускається здійснення внесків на підтримку політичних партій:
9) фізичними особами, з якими укладено договір про закупівлю робіт, товарів чи послуг для забезпечення потреб держави або територіальної громади на загальну суму понад п’ятдесят розмірів прожиткового мінімуму для працездатних осіб, встановленого на 1 січня року, в якому здійснюється внесок, а також юридичними особами, з якими укладено такий договір на загальну суму понад сто розмірів прожиткового мінімуму для працездатних осіб, встановленого на 1 січня року, в якому здійснюється внесок, - протягом строку дії такого договору та протягом одного року після припинення його дії.

Стаття 215, Виборчий кодекс України (2020): 
3. Забороняється робити добровільні внески до виборчого фонду:
3) юридичним особам, їх філіям і представництвам.

Donations in support of political parties shall be prohibited if they are made by:
9) individuals with whom a contract was concluded for the purchase of goods, works or services to meet the needs of the state or a territorial community, for a total amount of more than fifty times the subsistence level for able-bodied individuals established as of January 1 of the year in which the contribution is made, as well as legal entities with whom such a contract was concluded, for a total amount of more than one hundred times the subsistence level for able-bodied individuals established as of January 1 of the year in which the contribution is made, within the period of validity of such contract and for one year after its termination.

There a ban on donations from corporations with government contracts to political parties. During local elections, it is prohibited for any legal entities, their branches, and representative offices to make donations to political parties.

In national (parliamentary and presidential) elections, restrictions are applied under the Law “On Political Parties in Ukraine,” which also applies during the inter-election period. In particular, Article 15 of the Law “On Political Parties in Ukraine” refers to: Part 1, 3 of Article 96 of the Electoral Code of Ukraine (restrictions on entities in presidential elections), Part 2 of Article 96 of the Electoral Code of Ukraine (restrictions on the size of contributions in presidential elections); Parts 1 and 3 of Article 152 of the Electoral Code of Ukraine (restrictions on entities in parliamentary elections), Part 2 of Article 152 of the Electoral Code of Ukraine (restrictions on the size of contributions in parliamentary elections)
