(1) 1 Ausgabe ist, soweit für einzelne Ausgabearten (§ 24 Abs. 5) nichts Besonderes gilt, auch jede von der Partei erbrachte Geldleistung oder geldwerte Leistung sowie die Nutzung von Einnahmen nach § 26 Abs. 1 Satz 2, die die Partei erlangt hat.
2 Als Ausgabe gelten auch planmäßige und außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf Vermögensgegenstände und die Bildung von Rückstellungen.

(1) 1 Expenditure, unless otherwise specified for particular types of expenditure (§ 24 (5)), also includes any monetary payment or non-monetary benefit provided by the party as well as the use of income pursuant to Section 26 (1) sentence 2, which the party has obtained.
2 Expenditure also includes scheduled and unscheduled depreciation of assets and the creation of provisions.
