7. Is there a ban on anonymous donations to political parties?

Section 25 (2) No. 6 Political Party Act

Spenden von mehr als 500 Euro,
– bei denen der Spender nicht festgestellt werden kann, oder
– die erkennbar als Spende eines nicht genannten Dritten weitergeleitet werden,
sind unzulässig.

The following shall be excluded from the right of political parties to accept donations:
– any donations exceeding 500 euros each,
– which are made by an unidentified donor, or
– which evidently are passed on as a donation by unnamed third parties.
