politike përfshin fushat si vijon:

b) partitë parlamentare pajisen me ndërtesë për selinë e tyre qendrore dhe zyra vendore. Këtë të drejtë e ka edhe partia politike, mesatarja e votave të së cilës në tri zgjedhjet e fundit

ENG: The state facilitates the activity of political parties. The facilitation by the state of the
activity of political parties includes the following fields:

b) parliamentary parties obtain premises (headquarters) for their central and local
offices. The right to obtain premises belongs also to the political party with the average of
votes over the last three parliamentary elections was over 1 percent nationwide.

The Law on Political Parties (Articles 22 and 22/1) regulates the procedures by which political parties may be granted the use of public property for their headquarters and local offices, which may be considered a form of indirect public funding.
