第二十二条の三 2 国から資本金、基本金その他これらに準ずるものの全部又は一部の出資又は拠出を受けている会社その他の法人は、政治活動に関する寄附をしてはならない。
Article 22-3 Corporations and other legal entities that receive all or part of their capital, basic funds, or other equivalent contributions from the state shall not make donations related to political activities.
Comment
Corporations with partial government ownership cannot make donations to political parties.
