35. Are there provisions for any other form of indirect public funding?

Article 114, Kodeks wyborczy 2011 (Election Code 2011, consolidated text 2025)
Art. 114. Wójt niezwłocznie po rozpoczęciu kampanii wyborczej zapewni na obszarze gminy odpowiednią liczbę miejsc przeznaczonych na bezpłatne umieszczanie urzędowych obwieszczeń wyborczych i plakatów wszystkich komitetów wyborczych oraz poda wykaz tych miejsc do publicznej wiadomości w sposób zwyczajowo przyjęty oraz w Biuletynie Informacji Publicznej. 
English translation: 
“Art. 114. The mayor immediately after the start of the election campaign ensures within the commune an appropriate number of places designated for the free posting of official election announcements and posters of all election committees and publishes a list of these places in the usual manner and in the Public Information Bulletin.”

During the election campaign, local government authorities are obliged to provide places for free placement of election committees’ posters.
