Articulo 41. - La fiscalización de las finanzas de los partidos políticos y de las campañas de los candidatos estará a cargo del Consejo General del Instituto Nacional Electoral. La ley desarrollará las atribuciones del Consejo para la realización de dicha función, así como la definición de los órganos técnicos dependientes del mismo, responsables de realizar las revisiones e instruir los procedimientos para la aplicación de las sanciones correspondientes.
