48. Do political parties have to report on their election campaign finances?

Las organizaciones políticas y los candidatos o sus responsables de campaña, según corresponda, presentan en dos (2) entregas obligatorias, la información financiera de los aportes, ingresos recibidos y gastos efectuados durante la campaña electoral.

Political organizations and candidates or their campaign managers, as applicable, shall submit in two (2) mandatory installments the financial information on contributions, income received, and expenses incurred during the electoral campaign.
