46. Do any other restrictions on online media advertisement (beyond limits) exist?

En el caso de las redes sociales, se puede contratar publicidad dia+[@[Additional remarks]]ria hasta en tres de ellas. El espacio contratado para hacer publicidad en redes sociales se distribuye equitativamente entre todos los partidos políticos y alianzas con candidatos inscritos.
La Oficina Nacional de Procesos Electorales (ONPE) pondrá a disposición de los partidos políticos y alianzas electorales un módulo dentro del Portal Digital de Financiamiento (PDF) con el catálogo de tiempos y espacios disponibles para la contratación de publicidad en radio, televisión y redes sociales.
Podrán inscribirse al catálogo, en calidad de proveedores, todos los medios de comunicación formales a nivel nacional, independientemente de su alcance, rating o sintonía.
Cada partido político o alianza electoral elegirá directamente, de acuerdo a sus preferencias y a la adjudicación económica que le corresponde, los tiempos y espacios disponibles en el Portal Digital de Financiamiento (PDF), de acuerdo al reglamento que emita la Oficina Nacional de Procesos Electorales (ONPE) para tal fin.

In the case of social media, daily advertising may be contracted on up to three of them. The contracted space for advertising on social media is distributed equitably among all political parties and alliances with registered candidates.
The National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE) shall make available to political parties and electoral alliances a module within the Digital Financing Portal (PDF) with a catalog of times and spaces available for contracting advertising on radio, television, and social media.
All formal media outlets at the national level may register in the catalog as providers, regardless of their reach, ratings, or audience.
Each political party or electoral alliance shall directly choose, according to their preferences and the economic allocation corresponding to them, the times and spaces available in the Digital Financing Portal (PDF), in accordance with the regulations issued by the National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE) for this purpose.
