35. Are there provisions for any other form of indirect public funding?

Artículo 66.

1. Los partidos políticos nacionales no son sujetos de los impuestos y derechos siguientes:

a) Los relacionados con las rifas y sorteos que celebren previa autorización legal, y con las ferias, festivales y otros eventos que tengan por objeto allegarse recursos para el cumplimiento de sus fines; 
b) Sobre la renta, en cuanto a sus utilidades gravables provenientes de la enajenación de los inmuebles que hubiesen adquirido para el ejercicio de sus funciones específicas, así como los ingresos provenientes de donaciones en numerario o en especie;                                                                                              c) Los relativos a la venta de los impresos que editen para la difusión de sus principios, programas, estatutos y, en general, para su propaganda, así como por el uso de equipos y medios audiovisuales en la misma, y 
d) Respecto a los demás que establezcan las disposiciones legales aplicables.
Artículo 69.
1. Los partidos políticos nacionales disfrutarán de las franquicias postales y telegráficas, dentro del territorio nacional, que sean necesarias para el desarrollo de sus actividades.                       Artículo 70.

Article 66.

1. National political parties are not subject to the following taxes and duties:

a) Those related to raffles and lotteries held with prior legal authorization, and to fairs, festivals, and other events held to raise funds for the fulfillment of their purposes;

b) Income tax on their taxable profits from the sale of real estate acquired for the exercise of their specific functions, as well as income from donations in cash or in kind;
c) Those related to the sale of printed materials they publish for the dissemination of their principles, programs, statutes, and, in general, for their propaganda, as well as for the use of audiovisual equipment and media for such purposes; and

d) Any other taxes and duties established by applicable legal provisions.

Article 69.
1. National political parties shall enjoy the postal and telegraphic privileges within the national territory that are necessary for the development of their activities. Article 70.

Artículo 244.

1. Las reuniones públicas realizadas por los partidos políticos y los candidatos registrados se regirán por lo dispuesto en el artículo 9o. de la Constitución y no tendrán más límite que el respeto a los derechos de terceros, en particular los de otros partidos y candidatos, así como las disposiciones que para el ejercicio de la garantía de reunión y la preservación del orden público dicte la autoridad administrativa competente.
2. En aquellos casos en los que las autoridades concedan gratuitamente a los partidos políticos o candidatos el uso de locales cerrados de propiedad pública, se estará a lo siguiente:
a) Las autoridades federales, estatales y municipales deberán dar un trato equitativo en el uso de los locales públicos a todos los partidos políticos que participan en la elección

Article 244.

1. Public meetings held by political parties and registered candidates shall be governed by the provisions of Article 9 of the Constitution and shall be limited only by respect for the rights of third parties, particularly those of other parties and candidates, as well as the provisions issued by the competent administrative authority for the exercise of the right to assembly and the preservation of public order.

2. In cases where the authorities grant political parties or candidates the free use of enclosed public premises, the following shall apply:
a) Federal, state, and municipal authorities shall treat all political parties participating in the election equitably in the use of public premises.

In Mexico, indirect public funding is considered to include free media space, tax subsidies, support for postal delivery, and the loan of public spaces for events.
