23. Is there a ban on political parties engaging in commercial activities?

Son los rendimientos producto de su propio patrimonio y de los bienes que tienen en posesión, así como los ingresos por los servicios que brinda la organización política, por los cuales cobra una contraprestación. El valor que la organización política registra contablemente como producto de los ingresos que obtiene, debe guardar relación con el precio del mercado.

These are the returns derived from their own assets and from the property in their possession, as well as income from services provided by the political organization for which it charges a consideration. The value that the political organization records in its accounting as a result of the income it obtains must be consistent with the market price.

It does not amount to full commercial activity, but the provision of services in exchange for consideration is permitted
