Los aportes en efectivo o especie para las organizaciones políticas, provenientes de personas naturales de nacionalidad peruana, personas jurídicas nacionales con fines de lucro, incluido el uso de inmuebles a título gratuito, personas jurídicas extranjeras sin fines de lucro, en este último caso, siempre y cuando estén exclusivamente destinados a la formación, capacitación e investigación, no pueden superar en un año calendario el equivalente a doscientas (200) UIT por aportante para cada organización política y en ningún caso un aportante puede aportar más de quinientas (500) UIT al año, sin importar el número de organizaciones políticas a las que aporte

Contributions in cash or in kind to political organizations, from natural persons of Peruvian nationality, national for-profit legal entities, including the free use of real estate property, and foreign non-profit legal entities—in the latter case, provided they are exclusively intended for training, capacity building, and research—may not exceed in one calendar year the equivalent of two hundred (200) UIT per contributor for each political organization, and in no case may a contributor contribute more than five hundred (500) UIT per year, regardless of the number of political organizations to which they contribute.
