9. Is there a ban on donations from corporations with government contracts to political parties?

The Regulation prohibits contributions from public entities or state-owned companies or companies with state participation (Art. 31.a) and prohibits foreign for-profit companies (Art. 31.c), but does not contain an explicit provision that specifically prohibits private companies that have contracts with the State (contractors) from making contributions. Therefore, there is no express prohibition in the text of the Regulation on contributions from companies that only maintain contracts with the State.
