Artículo 41.
(,…) a) El financiamiento público para el sostenimiento de sus actividades ordinarias permanentes se fijará anualmente, multiplicando el número total de ciudadanos inscritos en el padrón electoral por el sesenta y cinco por ciento del valor diario de la Unidad de Medida y Actualización. El treinta por ciento de la cantidad que resulte de acuerdo a lo señalado anteriormente, se distribuirá entre los partidos políticos en forma igualitaria y el setenta por ciento restante de acuerdo con el porcentaje de votos que hubieren obtenido en la elección de diputados inmediata anterior.
Article 41.
(…) a) Public funding for the support of their regular, ongoing activities shall be determined annually by multiplying the total number of registered voters by sixty-five percent of the daily value of the Unit of Measurement and Updating. Thirty percent of the resulting amount shall be distributed equally among the political parties, and the remaining seventy percent according to the percentage of votes they obtained in the immediately preceding election of deputies.
70% of public funds are proportionally distributed among political parties based on the share of votes received in the previous election. The remaining 30% is distributed equally among all registered parties
