Artículo 380
1. Son obligaciones de las personas aspirantes:
c) Abstenerse de recibir aportaciones y donaciones en efectivo, así como metales y piedras preciosas de cualquier persona física o moral. Artículo. 400. Los Candidatos Independientes tienen prohibido recibir aportaciones y donaciones en efectivo, así como de metales y piedras preciosas, por cualquier persona física o moral.

Todos los ingresos en efectivo que reciban los sujetos obligados por cualquiera de las modalidades de financiamiento autorizadas, deberán depositarse en cuentas bancarias a nombre de los mismos, abiertas exclusivamente para la administración de los recursos inherentes al período o proceso para el cual se realiza la aportación
Article 102.
Control of Cash Receipts.
All cash receipts received by obligated entities through any of the authorized financing methods must be deposited into bank accounts in their name, opened exclusively for the administration of resources related to the period or process for which the contribution is made.
Independent candidates are banned from receiving cash donations. Political parties and affiliated candidates are allowed, but encouraged to abstain from this practice. All cash contributions to political parties and candidates must be deposited in a bank account and require a bank record and receipt
