Article 16.1 The Chamber of Deputies shall have 200 Deputies who shall be elected for a term of four years.

ARTICLE 18.1 Elections to the Assembly of Deputies shall be held by secret ballot on the basis of a universal, equal, and direct right to vote, according to the principle of proportional representation.
