Article 168. (Public Vote Count).
Once the voting is concluded, the Electoral Jury will conduct the vote count and tally at the same location where the Polling Station was set up, in a public ceremony in the presence of the delegates of the political organizations, voters, and members of the electoral monitoring missions who wish to attend.
Article 182. (Proclamation of Results).
In electoral processes, referendums, and recall elections at the departmental, regional, and municipal levels, the Departmental Electoral Tribunals will conduct the official and final tally of the results and their proclamation.
