Article 39. (Submission of lists by polling station to the departmental electoral courts)
I. Once the data processing and configuration stage is complete, the National Directorate of the Sereci (National Electoral Registry) will, through defined programs (web services), send the Biometric Electoral Register to the TEDs in accordance with the electoral calendar.
II. The Biometric Electoral Register contains the records of eligible and ineligible citizens and will have the following structure:
1. Unique citizen identifier
2. Last name and first name, in alphabetical order
3. Type and number of personal identification document
4. Sex
5. Date of birth
6. Educational level
7. Address
8. Country of birth and nationality
9. Date of registration and/or update
10. Status and type of registration
11. Polling station precinct and number
12. Procedure number
13. Photograph.

Article 40. (List of Eligible Voters)
Registry with the "enabled" status is part of the list of eligible voters and must contain at least the following information:
1. Last name and first name, in alphabetical order
2. Sex
3. Personal identification number
4. Photograph
5. Polling place and polling station number
This list may be printed by each Departmental Electoral Tribunal. In election processes abroad, the lists may be printed by the National Directorate of Information and Communication Technologies of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal.
