Vineesha Rachel Jerome is a Communications Intern at International IDEA since March 2025.

Rachel earned a BA Hons degree in Creative Writing and Communications. She founded a student society focused on creative collaboration across mediums and published a collaborative student zine where all profits went to charity.

She was also awarded the Student Service and Leadership Award for her work with student societies and volunteering.
